Got an excellent, new-fashioned room with all the facilities, balcony, and bathroom. The staff were understanding and welcoming. The hotel is in a particularly good location, just a 5-minute walk from the Red Sea. The surrounding area is green.

Very slow check-in process. Saudi reception staff behaviour with customers was unprfessional. We had a serious problem with path tab wich caused the dirt spread all over the carpet, but upon several complains they moved us to different room.

The hotel's seaside location was excellent and convenient for reaching attractions, and the room was spacious with a balcony, offering a comfortable night's sleep.
